As new business efforts and projects are undertaken,
occasionally new whitepapers and programs are developed
which can be made available through the public domain.
Similar to Open Source, such resources can provide
opportunities for people to work collaboratively with others
who have similar interests and business challenges.
This, in turn, encourages open exchanges of ideas and
knowledge sharing which can expand and improve existing
solutions.
As such resources are made available, they are published on
this site.

recent appear at the top of search listings, and those that
are older appear towards the bottom of search listings. This
manual instructs readers on how to create a sustainable
utility that regularly updates listings so that they
always appear at the top at job sites. Job Boards
